By accessing or using Ozren ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organisations and their members.
Ozren is a knowledge continuity platform that allows organisations to capture, store and retrieve institutional knowledge. The Service includes AI-powered handover interviews, document upload and indexing, and an AI chat interface for querying stored knowledge.
To use Ozren you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@ozren.io.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, store or process any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent security measures, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
All content you upload to Ozren remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Ozren a limited licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Ozren's software, branding, and technology remain the exclusive property of Ozren and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
The Explore plan of Ozren is free and is subject to usage limits, including a maximum of 1 project, 3 document uploads, 1 team member, 1 knowledge capture session, and 10 AI queries per month. These limits may be changed at any time with reasonable notice. Exceeding these limits will require upgrading to a paid plan. Paid plans are subject to the limits set out on our pricing page, including a maximum of 15 team members on the Team plan and 50 team members on the Business plan.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take the security and privacy of your data seriously and process it in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozren shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
